Coffee Room Printer on the Server

Click on the start button -> Control Panel -> Devices & Printers. Right click on the SHARP Coffee Room printer and select Printer Preferences.

Click Job Handling.

Select User Number from the drop down list and then enter your user number in the User Number box. Your user number is available from IT.

Once that's done. Hit apply and you're done.
